This course is funded by the Health and Medical Research Fund of the Health Bureau, The Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. It aims to equip healthcare and social care providers with the essential knowledge and practical skills required to implement ACP in Chinese communities. Graduates of the programme will be eligible to become professional members of our Society.
